For example, we need the heating bill for all apartments from your metering service provider. The preparation of the annual consumption bill from the energy supplier, as well as many other documents. We usually have around 400 documents that reach us by post every year. If all of these documents are available, we will work at full speed for you to answer your question as quickly as possible. Please understand that just requesting these documents is time-consuming, because we do not receive a response immediately after the first letter to a service provider. We also know that your tax return has to be submitted. If you are running out of time, you have the option of applying for an extension. We have provided a document for you here in case you are running out of time. Alternatively, you also have the option of setting the costs from the previous operating costs statement and submitting the new statement to the tax office.
For a change of ownership, you should register in our customer portal. Here you have the option of entering everything completely digitally in a short time. You can find the templates in your property under Real Estate Knowledge > Forms to Print > Change of Ownership. Alternatively, you have the option of downloading the document here.
The easiest way to arrange a change of property management with us is to request a quote for support. You can request a quote and enter important information using the button. If you do not wish to make the change immediately, we have also provided a checklist from the Association of German Property Managers for you to download. This will also help you to consider all the important criteria and prepare for a change of property management.
Please ask the owner for the documents relevant to the sale. The documents for the residential complex and administrative unit can be accessed and downloaded by the owner at any time via the customer portal. We would like to invite you as an authorized representative to the administrative unit in the customer portal as of today. You have one week to find and download the necessary documents. Access will then be blocked again. If you still want us to send you the requested documents, we will charge a flat rate of EUR 100.00 net. For this we require a corresponding response, stating the billing address.
